OneCart is looking to hire a Marketing Assistant to Assist and support the Marketing Manager on projects to maximize company profits and marketing campaigns. Assist the Marketing Manager by coordinating and administrating all aspects required to execute marketing campaigns. To assist with the operational and administrative requirements of the Marketing department and the attainment of marketing objectives.
CORE ACTIVITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
• To assist the Marketing manager in executing various marketing campaigns.
• To assist with the production of marketing materials and literature.
• Coordinating the production of a wide range of marketing communications as directed by the Marketing Manager
• Providing support for marketing events and exhibitions as required
• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities
• To assist with the uploading and maintaining correct filing of marketing material to online libraries.
• Updating and maintaining the marketing department's documentation and database as directed by your line manager.
• Managing events, booking venues and ordering marketing materials as directed by your line manager.
• Assist with billing reconciliation with the Finance department
• Supplier onboarding management and compliance
• Build and maintain relationships with all relevant stakeholders
• Ensuring that quotations from suppliers are compatible and the best value for money.
• Ensure the best value for money is achieved
• Project management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Supplier onboarding management and compliance
• Build and maintain relationships with all relevant stakeholders

Minimum Academic, Professional Qualifications & Experience required for this position
• Relevant Marketing qualification
• 1-2 years of marketing experience
• Proven experience as a marketing assistant
• Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
• Knowledge of web content management systems and Social Media platforms

Working conditions
In office working Monday to Friday 8 am -5 pm.
You may be required to work overtime work from time to time to meet agreed deadlines.
