- 40 tot 45 uur per werksweek
- Vaste werksweek
Verlof:
- 1 dag verlof vir elke 17 dae gewerk
- 30 siekverlofdae in 'n 3 jaar siklus
- 3 dae gesinsverlof per jaarlikse verlofsiklus na 4 maande diens
- 4 maande kraamverlof volgens Arbeidswet
Kennisgewingstydperk:
- 1 week indien minder as 6 maande gewerk
- 2 weke indien meer as 6 maande maar minder as 'n jaar gewerk
- 4 weke indien langer as 'n jaar gewerk
Vergoeding vir Dienste:

Job Description:
The candidate will be responsible for daily administrative tasks, including record-keeping and data entry in Excel. The position includes financial administrative tasks and accounting, as well as handling employee information and timesheets. It is essential that the candidate possesses good computer skills, with previous experience in a payroll system and advanced Excel skills.
Job Duties and Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll and HR
- VAT and diesel rebates
- EMP201 and EMP501 submissions
- Leave recording and management of uniforms (PPE) for employees
- Global GAP data entry
- Liaise and keep records updated
- Employee documentation

Requirements for the Position:
Critical Requirements:
- Must understand and speak English

Working Hours & Days:
- 40 to 45 hours per workweek
- Fixed workweek
Leave:
- 1 day of leave for every 17 days worked
- 30 sick leave days in a 3-year cycle
- 3 days of family leave per annual leave cycle after 4 months of service
- 4 months of maternity leave according to Labor Law
Notice Period:
- 1 week if worked less than 6 months
- 2 weeks if worked more than 6 months but less than a year
- 4 weeks if worked longer than a year
Remuneration for Services:
- Monthly salary, depending on the candidate's profile
- Payment bi-weekly
Further Training:
- Basic skills and internal systems training at headquarters
