A well established company based in Maitland is seeking a Administrator.
Duties:
• Reconcile bank statements
• Goods Receipt Voucher (GRV) for supplier invoices
• Process supplier invoices for payment
• Process incoming invoices – From Supplier
• Complete weekly supplier reconciliations
• Update employee timesheets
• Record sick leave and leave taken
• Reconcile ledgers for accuracy
• Complete monthly supplier reconciliations
• Prepare month-end figures and reports
• Open new supplier accounts as needed
• Staff onboarding
• Answering Phone
• Assist with planning and coordinating Functions for clients
• Adhoc Duties
Candidate Requirements
Requirements:
• Matric (Grade 12)
• Pastel Evolution will be a huge advantage and
• Previous experience in an office environment (2+) years.
• Exceptional Communication Skills
• Time Management and organisation Skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail Skills
Computer Literacy:
- MS Office (Excel,Outlook)
- Sage Evolution
- Pastel Evolution (Advantageous)
