What you’ll do:

Ensuring a high standard of visual execution across all digital products
Reviewing the work of designers across digital and providing direction and feedback
Manage and plan the User Interface Design activities on digital product development and continuous improvement initiatives in the Digital Financial Services space
Ensure collaboration and alignment with all associated disciplines of Feature, Content, UX and Design thinking in the various phases of the digital product development
Drive the use of knowledge management and collaboration platform(s) for Design processes, tools and artefacts Technical Expertise
Create, improve and define creative direction through use of mood boards, prototypes, style guides, user flows
Present and defend decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.)

Your expertise:

Bachelor’s Degree in Interaction, Graphic, or Industrial Design preferred or in Science, Technology,
Engineering, Arts.
Experience using tools such as Sketch, Illustrator, InVision, UXPin, Figma, Framer, and Principle.
A minimum of 5 years of professional User Interface design experience, with deep knowledge and
skills in generating digital interface outcomes.
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in people and team management.
Consulting and Front-end Dev experience advantageous
Experience in Financial Industry Digital and Ecommerce
