Ons is op soek na ’n toegewyde en ervare Assistent Hotelbestuurder om by ’n privaat besitte hotel in Okiep, Namakwaland aan te sluit. Hierdie rol is ideaal vir iemand met ’n sterk agtergrond in gasvryheid, ’n passie vir kliëntediens, en die vermoë om personeel en daaglikse bedrywighede doeltreffend te bestuur.
Die Assistent Hotelbestuurder sal verantwoordelik wees vir die gladde verloop van hotelbedrywighede, uitstekende kliëntediens, personeelbestuur en die verseker van algehele tevredenheid vir beide gaste en werknemers. Dit is ’n sleutelrol met die potensiaal om te groei tot ’n Algemene Bestuurder-posisie.
Hoofverantwoordelikhede:
- Help met die bestuur van daaglikse hotelbedrywighede, insluitend kliëntediens, ontvangs, skoonmaakdienste en kosdiens.
- Bestuur ’n span van 50 personeellede en verseker behoorlike bestuur, toewysing en prestasie.
- Hanteer tot 80 gaste in die hotel, spreek hul behoeftes aan en verseker ’n positiewe gaste-ervaring.
- Hanteer kantooradministrasietake, insluitend skedulering, en personeelbestuur.
- Oplei, mentor en stel nuwe personeel aan, terwyl ’n gemotiveerde en doeltreffende span gehandhaaf word.
- Verseker gladde kommunikasie tussen bestuur, personeel en gaste.
- Handhaaf die hotel se waardes van eerlikheid, integriteit en oop kommunikasie.
- Hanteer verskeie take in ’n vinnige werksomgewing en balanseer gaste se behoeftes met bedryfspligte.
Minimum kwalifikasies en ondervinding:
- 10 jaar ondervinding in die gasvryheidsbedryf, verkieslik in hotelbestuur.
- Sterk mensebestuur- en leierskapsvaardighede.
- Ervaring in personeel aanstel en oplei.
- Die vermoë om verskeie take gelyktydig te bestuur, met aandag aan detail.
- Beproefde rekord van hoë vlakke van integriteit, eerlikheid en werksetiek.
Belangrike vaardighede en sertifikate:
- Uitsonderlike mensevaardighede en leierskapsvermoëns.
- Vaardig in multitasking en die hantering van verskeie verantwoordelikhede gelyktydig.
