- Estimating and cost planning
- Procurement advice
- Attending Tender Briefings
- Tender document preparation
- Tender reporting
- Contract administration and cost control
- Interim valuations
- To attend meetings and undertake site visits.

Required Skills
- Site Agent: 1 to 2 years
- Quantity Surveying Administration: 1 to 2 years
- Quantity Surveying Trainee: 1 to 2 years
Candidate Requirements
Minimum requirements:
- Diploma/B.Tech in Building / Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
- 1-3 years working experience. Candidates without work experience can apply if but ONLY if 65% AGGREGATE WAS ACHIEVED IN FINAL YEAR.
- Driver’s license is essential
