In this position, you will collaborate with senior professionals to manage project costs and assist in delivering construction projects on time and within budget. Responsiblities

Assist in preparing project budgets, estimates, and cost plans
Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications
Support in managing and reviewing project contracts
Collaborate with the project team to ensure compliance with the financial requirements
Track project expenses and provide regular financial reporting
Engage with subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing
Participate in site visits and meetings with stakeholders

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
Final-year student, graduate, or junior with a maximum of 1 year of experience in quantity surveying
Understanding of Private Sector (Commercial) in a consulting environment
Proficient in relevant quantity surveying software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel to project sites as necessary
