A Debtors Clerk role (permanent) is available in Centurion.

The Debtors Clerk will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable function for the company, ensuring the timely collection of outstanding debt, maintaining accurate customer records, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization. This role is vital in ensuring smooth cash flow and effective customer relationship management.

Duties:

Collecting money
Monthly reconciliations for the month end file
Monthly journals
Weekly debtors age analysis
Handling complaints and dealing with queries

Qualifications & Experience:

Matric
1 - 3 years credit control experience
Pastel Evolution experience
Basic accountancy principles
