Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to join their team at their prestigious 5-star game lodge. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the lodge. You will lead a dedicated housekeeping team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences through attention to detail and effective management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee all housekeeping operations, ensuring exceptional cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas.
• Manage and train the housekeeping team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop and implement housekeeping policies, procedures, and standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and storage.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Prepare reports on housekeeping activities and performance metrics for management review.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or in a similar management role within a luxury hotel or game lodge.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in housekeeping management software is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
