The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying and registered as a Candidate with the SACQSP. Requirements:

·        Minimum 3- 5 years of experience.

·        Registered with the SACQSP as a Candidate Quantity Surveyor.

·        Experience using WinQS.

Duties & Responsibilities:

·        Preparation of cost feasibilities, approximate estimates, cost planning, Bills of Quantities, Specifications and Schedule of Rates all in accordance with relevant standards.

·        Supporting senior members of the team in the day-to-day management and delivery of projects.

·        Preparation and administration of procurement advice, tenders, tender reviews and advice.

·        Preparation and administration of various contract forms to both consultant and contractors.

·        Preparation and administration of Interim valuations, Contractors’ claims and settlement of Final Accounts.

·        Carry out site visits/inspections.
