My client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Key Program Administrator to join their Bids and Compliance Unit. You'll play a vital role in supporting project managers and technical teams across various projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the bid and proposal process
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ISO standards
• Oversee administrative tasks related to contract administration and construction compliance
• Prepare reports and manage project documentation
• Assist with project meetings and minutes
• Manage electronic and hard copy filing systems
• Provide general administrative support to the team

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in a similar role within an engineering consulting or construction company
• Proven experience with FIDIC or NEC contracts, PMBOK terminology, and construction procurement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Afrikaans
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
