We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Site Manager to join our client in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing construction projects, particularly in the upmarket residential sector.

Qualifications and Experience:

• National Diploma/BTech or BSc degree in Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in construction site management.
• Proven experience in managing upmarket residential projects.
• Proficiency in MS Projects or similar software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
