Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a key point of contact for guests, ensuring all their needs are met from arrival to departure.
• Assist with front-of-house operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and handling inquiries.
• Support the management team with daily operational tasks, including coordinating activities and events.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest feedback, requests, and any issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist with administrative duties, such as managing bookings, preparing reports, and maintaining communication with guests.
• Uphold the lodge’s standards of service and help maintain a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably at a luxury lodge or hotel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-centric approach.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A team player with a flexible attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed.
• Proficiency in using reservation and hospitality management software.
