Hiring an experienced Scrum Master.

Are you a passionate Scrum Master with a knack for fostering agile principles and driving team success? A top hiring company in the insurance industry is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join their innovative team and help them deliver high-quality projects on time!

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.) to ensure effective collaboration.
Work closely with analysts to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
Remove impediments and provide support to enable teams to achieve their goals.
Foster strong communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

Completed Degree.
At least 5 years of experience.
Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in the insurance industry.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and principles.
Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to manage large teams.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
Experience with project management tools.
