Job Title: Senior Commissions Debt Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commissions Debt Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commissions debt collection and recovery, with proven experience in resolving complex payment issues and managing outstanding debts.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the commissions debt collection and recovery process, working closely with sales and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payments are made
- Investigate and analyze commission discrepancies and payment issues, working to resolve outstanding debts in a timely manner
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and sales representatives to address payment concerns and negotiate payment plans
- Develop and implement strategies to prevent future commission debt issues, including improving payment processes and communication channels
- Produce regular reports on the status of outstanding commissions debts, and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Grade 12/ SAQA Accredited Equivalent (Essential); Relevant BCom Degree (Essential)

- At least 5 years of experience in commissions debt collection and recovery
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
