Job Title: Compliance Administrator
Location: Claremont
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Compliance Administrator to join our team. The Compliance Administrator will be responsible for ensuring that our operations comply with relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compliance requirements and be able to effectively communicate and coordinate with various departments to ensure compliance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
2. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
3. Conduct internal audits to identify and address compliance issues.
4. Keep up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization.
5. Train employees on compliance policies and procedures.
6. Coordinate with legal and regulatory authorities on compliance matters.
7. Prepare and submit reports on compliance activities to management.
8. Investigate and respond to compliance-related issues and complaints.
9. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities.
10. Assist with the development and implementation of compliance training programs.
Qualifications:
1. Strong Administrative skills
2. Strong knowledge of compliance laws and regulations.
3. Previous experience working in a compliance role preferred.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
7. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Salary range: R240 000 - R300 000 p.a.

Candidate Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role with specific focus in a FAIS compliance environment.
- Strong organizational skills, adept at managing multiple tasks and priorities.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction across all departments
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
