This prominent Durban-based firm specialises in providing commercial correspondence and survey services for the Protection and Indemnity Insurance sector. With over 3 decades of experience, the company represents an International Group and is known for delivering swift and effective support to shipowners, charterers, and maritime operators facing various challenges. Their services cover a wide range of maritime liabilities, including personal injuries, pollution, and general average claims. Committed to national maritime safety, the firm also maintains strong relationships with government bodies.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Generating accurate bills to ensure timely payments and maintain cash flow
Managing financial assets and liabilities to optimize liquidity and risk
Handling currency transactions to mitigate risks from international trade
Processing payments to stakeholders efficiently and on time
Providing a snapshot of financial health by listing assets, liabilities, and equity
Summarising financial data for stakeholders to ensure transparency and informed decision-making

Qualifications:

National Diploma in Finance
Minimum 2 years' experience in Office Administration
