The Client Relationship Manager will serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing them with excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact for all inquiries and requests
- Understand clients’ needs and expectations, and provide personalized service and solutions to ensure their satisfaction
- Monitor and track client accounts, ensuring that they are being properly managed and that all needs and issues are being addressed
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to meet client needs and achieve successful outcomes
- Prepare and deliver regular updates and progress reports to clients, ensuring that they are kept informed of all relevant information
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing clients, and work to maximize client retention and revenue

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Client Relationship Manager or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
- Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
