Who Would Fit the Role:
A dynamic contributor to assist with process and system design that creates a good user experience and allows ease of work to perform a task. Optimises workflow, with the ability to map out mobile interactions, web interfaces, and dashboard layouts with all input/output and decision-making support for user adoption. To achieve this, you would be required to interview different internal and external individuals, collect documents, process flows, and procedures, understand internal and external user requirements, and engage with IT Development to get work breakdown structures to develop. Guide questions and test cases to ensure quality of deliverables.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• 3-4 years’ experience in business process mapping, IT specification development, systems and/or business analysis and design, and exposure to user experience design.
• Business process and systems development lifecycle knowledge.
• User acceptance testing and test case design.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant field (Degree in information Sciences and Technology can be BSc, BCom or BEng – Industrial)
• Computer literate: MS Office
