Salary: R80 000.00 - R100 000.00 per month (Depending On Skills, Experience & Track Record)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Identify new market opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Analyse market trends and customer needs to inform product development and positioning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for executive management.
