Role: Project Manager

Industry: Construction and Project Management

Level: Senior Level

Key Requirements:

·        Degree in Construction Project Management or equivalent qualification

·        10+ years of relevant experience in project management

·        Professional registration as a Project Manager is preferred

·        Strong understanding of contract management and various contract forms

·        Proven experience in strategic advising during project conception stages

·        Expertise in lifecycle project planning and management

·        Excellent knowledge of quality, safety, health, and environmental issues

·        Strong financial acumen and experience in managing project finances

·        Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills

·        Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
