Candidate Requirements

The primary focus of this role is to meet sales targets, maintain and expand our customer base, and grow market share by promoting and selling our world-class products. This position requires a highly self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills who can work independently and handle the pressure of a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Matric Certificate, a valid driver’s license, and 5-10 years of sales or technical sales experience. A diploma or degree in Sales or Technical Engineering is highly advantageous. Proficiency in MS Office is essential, and experience with Syspro is preferred. The ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings will be beneficial.

Responsibilities include interacting with traders, export companies, and professionals, promoting our full product range, analysing customer requirements, and providing top-tier customer service. Extensive travel to SADC and other African countries is required. The successful candidate will also assist with customer queries, quotations, and material availability, as well as maintaining customer databases and price lists.
