Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Paraplanner to join our financial planning team. The Paraplanner will work closely with Financial Planners to provide comprehensive support in the development and implementation of financial plans for clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial planning concepts and the ability to analyze complex financial information.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on investment products, market trends, and financial planning strategies
- Prepare financial plans and reports for clients
- Assist in the development of personalized financial strategies based on client goals and risk tolerance
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information for financial planning process
- Collaborate with Financial Planners to provide ongoing support and analysis
- Stay current on industry regulations and best practices in financial planning
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial planning or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in financial planning software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- CFP certification or willingness to pursue certification
