Our client are seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Administrator to join their team . This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to a financial advisor with an investment focus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide holistic administrative support to the financial advisor.
- Manage the advisor’s diary, including client birthdays, meetings, etc.
- Perform general office duties such as scanning, printing, and filing (both online and physical).
- Ensure adherence to processes set by head office.
- Manage client queries efficiently.
- Gather and prepare information for client meetings, including reviews, proposals, and implementations.
- Assist with event planning as needed.
- Manage and drive outstanding requirements such as FICA and medicals.
- Generate quotes for investments, life cover, etc.
- Implement and monitor client proposals, including submitting applications, changes, switches, additions, and withdrawals.
- Arrange and finalize repurchases and transfers.
- Ensure product providers implement instructions accurately and within a reasonable timeframe.
Requirements:
- Experience in assisting a financial advisor, particularly with an investment focus.
- Proficiency in Excel and Outlook is essential.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow processes meticulously.
