Job Title: Junior Compliance Officer


Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Compliance Officer. The Junior Compliance Officer will be responsible for assisting with the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company's compliance program. The successful candidate will work closely with the Compliance Officer to ensure that the company operates in accordance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Compliance Officer in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures
- Conducting regular compliance audits to identify any areas of non-compliance
- Monitoring changes in relevant laws and regulations and recommending updates to the compliance program
- Assisting with the design and delivery of compliance training for employees
- Investigating any compliance issues or breaches and implementing corrective actions
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of compliance activities

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, such as anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certification in compliance, such as Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) or Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM), is a plus
