A vacancy exists for a Scrum Master to join the Enterprise Business a division in the Lesaka Group.

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and certified Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The Scrum Master will be responsible for leading and coaching our Agile development team in the implementation of Scrum practices. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Business product owners and technical Product Owners and the rest of the development team to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products. If you’re a strong communicator, a capable leader and you're invested in Agile frameworks, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities:

• Manage each project’s scope and timeline
• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies
• Guide the team in estimating and prioritizing work, tracking progress, and identifying obstacles
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks and ensure adherence to Scrum principles
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
• Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
• Collaborate with the product owner to refine and prioritize the product backlog
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
• Help teams implement changes effectively
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
• Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity 
• Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and encourage the team to identify areas for growth
• Work with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders to ensure alignment across teams

Qualifications:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
- 3+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience working with software development teams is preferred
- Proficient in: Jira, Confluence, Slack, MS Office
