Capture incoming claims on system.
Establish Eligibility
Manually assess claims and then calculating benefits payable on system.
Dealing with members and companies telephonically and personally.
Closing cheque runs, i.e. requests to computer room for cashbooks and printing of cheques.
Corresponding with members or employers via mail, e-mail or telephonically
Completing and submitting statistical reports.
Work well under pressure and towards set deadlines
Candidate Requirements
Minimum Requirements:Grade 12
Numerical Skills
Good attendance record and reliability
Basic Work Experience Required
Minimum 1 year Claims Administration experience.
Communication Skills.
Telephone Skills.
Natural & Intermediate MS Office /PC Skills.
Integrity & Accuracy.
Problem solving and able to work under pressure.
Deadline Driven.
Able to work in a team.
