What We’re Looking For:

·        Postgraduate qualification in Construction or related field

·        SACPCMP registration is essential

·        10+ years of management experience in General Building Construction

·        Expertise in construction contracts and operational procedures

·        Strong IT skills, including Microsoft, CCS, and Build Smart

·        Willingness to travel and tackle long hours

Your Key Responsibilities:

·        Lead the division’s technical and financial results, aligning with the company’s vision

·        Develop business opportunities and ensure projects meet milestones, budgets, and quality standards

·        Oversee business risk management and project progress reporting
