Interne Verkoopsverteenwoordiger
Ons kliënt, ‘n gevestigde en dinamiese verskaffer van gespesialiseerde toerusting in die landbousektor, spesialiseer in produkte wat uitstekende duursaamheid en betroubaarheid bied. Met jare se ervaring in die bedryf, streef hulle daarna om kwaliteitoplossings te bied vir hul kliënte in die pluimvee sektor. Hul hoë standaarde vir kliëntediens en produkuitvoer is wat hulle onderskei. Hulle is op soek na 'n selfgedrewe en dinamiese persoon om hul interne verkoopsafdeling te versterk.
Werksplek: Blue Hills, Midrand
Werksure: 08h00 – 17h00
Salaris: R25 000 per maand
Voordele: Na 6 maande proeftyd – Mediese Fonds (50% werkgewer/50% werknemer) en Pensioenfonds (10% werkgewer/7.5% werknemer)
Hoofverantwoordelikhede:
- Hanteer die volledige verkoopsproses vir pluimvee toerusting en spaardele, insluitend die voorbereiding van kwotasies, verwerking van bestellings, fakturering, en ander verkoopsadministrasie.
- Ondersteun die eksterne verkoopspan deur kwotasies en kliëntinteraksies te fasiliteer.
- Bou en handhaaf sterk professionele verhoudings met kliënte.
- Verseker kliëntetevredenheid deur uitstekende diens en vinnige probleemoplossing.
Minimum Vereistes:
- Ervaring in interne verkope is noodsaaklik.
- Kennis van die pluimvee bedryf is voordelig.
- Ervaring met Sage Pastel is voordelig.
- Sterk rekenaarvaardighede en uitstekende mensevaardighede.
- Vermoë om onder druk te werk en goeie kommunikasievaardighede te toon (verbaal en skriftelik).
Kort- en Langtermyn Doelwitte:
- Korttermyn: Die vinnige begrip en effektiewe hantering van die verkoopsprosesse en administrasie.
- Langtermyn: Bou van sterk kliënteverhoudings en ondersteuning van die eksterne verkoopspan om verkope te verhoog en die maatskappy se markbetrokkenheid te versterk.

Internal Sales Representative

Their high standards of customer service and product delivery set them apart. They are looking for a self-driven and dynamic individual to strengthen their internal sales department.
Location: Blue Hills, Midrand
Working Hours: 08h00 – 17h00
Salary: R25,000 per month
Benefits: After a 6-month probation period – Medical Aid (50% employer/50% employee) and Pension Fund (10% employer/7.5% employee)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales process for poultry equipment and spare parts, including preparing quotations, processing orders, invoicing, and other sales administration.
- Support the external sales team by facilitating quotations and client interactions.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and quick problem resolution.
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience in internal sales is essential.
- Knowledge of the poultry industry is advantageous.
- Experience with Sage Pastel is beneficial.
- Strong computer skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure with strong communication skills (both verbal and written).

- Short-term: Quickly grasp and efficiently handle sales processes and administration.
- Long-term: Build strong client relationships and support the external sales team to increase sales and enhance the company's market engagement.
