This is a 12 month Analyst Internship offering YOU training and mentorship in the field of Remuneration & Reward working within a results-driven, quality focused environment with a unique team culture.

*Location is flexible and can either be based in Woodstock, Western Cape or Rosebank Johannesburg*

Key areas of responsibility include but are not limited to the following

Analyse and interpret data and provide salary benchmarking information to clients.
Complete reports on benchmarking according to agreed deadlines and quality standards. Provide feedback according to client requirements. Ensure client satisfaction in terms of results and standard of work. Assist with related projects and research.
