Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Consultant to join our team. The Customer Service Consultant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to effectively resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
- Provide feedback to management on customer concerns and trends to improve overall customer satisfaction

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
