Our client are seeking a highly skilled and experienced attorney with a LLB Degree and at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in the Road Accident Fund department. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the legal framework surrounding road accidents, and be able to provide expert advice and representation to clients in this area.

Responsibilities:
- Providing legal advice and representation to clients on matters related to road accidents and the Road Accident Fund
- Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Managing a caseload of road accident cases and ensuring that all deadlines are met
- Conducting legal research and staying up-to-date on changes in legislation and case law
- Negotiating settlements with opposing parties and insurance companies
- Representing clients in court proceedings and other legal proceedings as required

Requirements:
- LLB Degree from a recognized university
- Admitted as an attorney in South Africa
- At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in the Road Accident Fund department
- Fluent in Afrikaans
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
