The role of Head of Training involves leading the creation and execution of a training academy to drive sales excellence using the Challenger Sales Methodology, improve marketing and operational efficiencies, and promote leadership development within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Development & Leadership:
- Develop and implement a training strategy aligned with company goals.
- Lead the training team and collaborate with department heads to identify needs.
- Curriculum Development:
- Design a multi-tiered curriculum focusing on sales, marketing, operations, and leadership.
- Ensure content is up-to-date and industry-relevant.
- Training Delivery:
- Oversee high-standard training delivery and facilitate sessions for all levels, including senior leadership.
- Evaluation & Continuous Improvement:
- Implement methods to assess training effectiveness and refine programs based on feedback and evolving business needs.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders, such as educational institutions and training providers.
- Budget & Resource Management:
- Manage the budget, resources, and procurement of training materials efficiently.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business, Education, HR, or related field.
- Experience: Senior training role, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry, with expertise in sales, marketing, and leadership development.
- Skills: Leadership, communication, and decision-making, along with a passion for continuous learning.
Working Conditions:
- Office-based with potential travel, flexible working hours to support business and training needs.
