Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent
National Diploma in Production or Operations Management
3–5 years of experience in plastic manufacturing
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in production planning and inventory management
