Proficiency in the use of project planning software such as JIRA is essential, as is prior experience working with consumer app solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Product Strategy implementation:
- Understand the product requirements and deliver according to the defined strategy and vision of the product.
- Provide innovative ideas to enhance the development of the product wherever possible.
- Create and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market research, and business goals.
- Co-ordinate the testing of new products with the project management teams to ensure it meets quality and reliability standards.
* Review Market Research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the product strategy implementation is aligned and understood by all, and to ensure the product provides a seamless and engaging user experience.
Minimum Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in a product implementations or related role ideally within a financial services environment.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products is essential.
- Relevant Tertiary qualification is preferred.
- Familiarity with market research techniques, user-centered design principles, and agile development practices.
Skills:
- Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously to required deadlines.
- Deep understanding of product management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills are required to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software, such as Jira.
- Adaptable, flexible, self-disciplined, and self-driven.
- Strong commercial acumen for making informed decisions regarding product enhancements.
- Solid numerical and data analytical skills.
