As a Junior IT member, you will provide essential technical support, assist with the installation and maintenance of IT systems, and contribute to various IT projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates or those with some experience looking to jumpstart their career in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support to end-users for hardware and software issues.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment, including computers, printers, and network devices.
• Participate in IT projects and collaborate with senior team members.
• Document technical procedures and create user manuals as needed.
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and developments.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
• Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software.
• Linux experience.
• Additional software: Windows, Networking, Azure, etc.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the IT field.
• Previous internship or certification in IT is a plus but not mandatory.
