The Dealer Principal (DP) will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the dealership. This role involves strategic planning, overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales and profitability. The DP will also be instrumental in integrating and managing additional brands as they are introduced to the site.

Candidate Requirements

Proven experience in a senior management role within the automotive industry, preferably as a Dealer Principal or similar position.
Demonstrated success in managing a multifranchise dealership or a large automotive retail operation.
