Purpose of the Position:
The role is responsible for ensuring adherence to all health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. The manager will oversee field services personnel and maintain effective communication with clients while fostering strong interpersonal relationships. Key responsibilities include implementing resource planning, mobilization, project safety, personnel management, equipment and material control, as well as project documentation and reporting. The manager will support customer relations, manage project scope and quality, oversee demobilization, and conduct post-project reviews for various projects such as Metal spray, weld overlay, mechanical, or LPA filtration, all within budget and timeline constraints. A strong understanding of products and services, particularly in addressing metal wastage issues, is essential for cultivating customer relationships.
This role also provides valuable feedback to the management team regarding corporate strategic initiatives in customer service, safety, quality, project incentives, and technical training needs. The manager plays a vital role in achieving company strategic growth objectives by executing quality projects that enhance scalability and effectiveness. Additionally, they act as a liaison with project clients on all safety, timeline, additional work, and upsell matters.

Candidate Requirements
- Preferred Engineering Diploma/Degree (Mechanical preferred).
- Experience with technology-based field services in hydrocarbon processing industries is preferred.
- 7-10 years of progressive site management experience required.
- Proven track record in managing small to medium-sized projects (7-10 years).
- 5 years of turnaround experience in chemical and petroleum industry facilities.
