About the Role:

We're searching for people who can manage the entire product lifecycle—from detailed design to setting up and operating CNC and laser cutting machines, right through to quality control. The ideal candidate will report to the Head Mechanical Design Engineer and be hands-on with programming, technical drawings, and overseeing manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Programming, nesting, and operating CNC and laser cutting machinery for precision and efficiency.
• Developing detailed 3D models and technical drawings for motorhome assemblies, components, and systems.
• Managing designs from concept through to production, ensuring high standards of quality control.
• Conducting quality checks on CNC and laser-cut parts to maintain production excellence.
• Handling project management tasks and troubleshooting any technical issues.
• Creating flat patterns for production and preparing designs for mass manufacture.
• Collaborating closely with the Engineering and Production teams to provide accurate data and drawings.
• Managing production drawings and ensuring all parts are designed for efficient, large-scale manufacturing.

• Expertise in SolidWorks and AutoCAD, with a deep understanding of technical drawing and CNC programming.
