The Sales Hire Group of Companies (SA Roadtrippers) is seeking a dedicated and proactive Business Administrative Assistant to support our CEO. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and other executives, employees, and clients.
• Manage the CEO’s schedule, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and appointment setting.
• Oversee the flow of information, ensuring accurate and timely communication across the organization.
• Take initiative in managing and following up on various ongoing projects and tasks.
• Assist with the preparation of internal and external communications, including memos, emails, presentations, and reports.
• Handle confidential tasks, both business-related and personal, as required.
• Answer phone calls and manage correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
• Preform as a driver to and from appointments for the CEO in his personal vehicle.
• Provide flexible support with varied hours, depending on business needs.
• Conduct research and manage ad hoc projects for the CEO and the company.
• Adapt to different work environments and handle tasks outside standard job specifications.
