Job title: General E-commerce Operations, Inventory Management & Accounting

Our client is also seeking a professional with experience in E-commerce Operations, Inventory Management, and Accounting. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working with numbers. You will manage inventory, handle accounting tasks, and ensure smooth operational processes across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and track inventory levels across multiple brands.


• Oversee accounting tasks, including bookkeeping and financial reporting.


• Coordinate day-to-day e-commerce operations.


• Ensure accuracy in stock control and accounting records.

Requirements:

• Experience in inventory management, e-commerce operations, and/or accounting.


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.


• Proficiency in accounting software and tools.


• Ability to visit the warehouse in Montague Gardens twice a week.


• Ability to work in-office in De Waterkant, Cape Town, with semi-flexible hours.

Salary: R20,000 - R40,000 per month, depending on experience.
