Our client, in the automotive industry, is looking to employ a Occupational Health and Safety Administrator to join their team in Centurion.

Duties and Responsibilities

• To implement and ensure that all rules and regulations are followed according to the OHS Act No. 85 of 1993 and regulations
• Keeping all necessary staff members informed of any changes regarding the OHS Act
• To ensure that appropriate safety controls are implemented where necessary
• To act against any staff members that do not abide by the rules and regulations of the Act
• Responsible for organizing OHS training of employees and executives
• Design and deliver health and safety strategies and initiatives within the scope of the business
• Advising on the compliance of safety policies and document
• To be an integral part of the SHEQ team
