- Approach: A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a track record of handling complex legal issues and project management.
- Offer legal advice in Commercial law and Tax litigation.
- Drafting: Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions and brief in High Court and Tax Court matters.
- Research and Compliance: Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes through diligent research, ensuring our legal practices remain at the forefront.
- Collaborative Solutions: Partner with a team of top-notch legal professionals to develop and ensure efficient solutions.
- Independent Excellence: Maintain a high standard of quality, efficiency, and timeliness in delivering services to our clients.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on fee-generating activities, striving to meet and exceed set targets and be self-driven.
