High school diploma or equivalent.
Certification in welding (e.g., AWS) preferred.
Proven experience in welding, including familiarity with MIG, TIG, and arc welding techniques.
Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Good understanding of safety procedures and best practices in welding.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and equipment.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot welding issues.
