Our client, a leading company in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join their team. This role is essential for overseeing maintenance operations and ensuring optimal performance of all machinery.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Matriculation certificate (Grade 12).
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within a manufacturing environment.
Relevant qualifications in engineering or maintenance management.
At least 5 years of experience in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) setting, preferably in food production.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
