Candidate Requirements

We require a candidate with:

·        3 years’ experience in Credit Control and Credit Management

·        Previous Experience in Financial Services

·        Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.

·        Sound Banking and Homeloans background (essential)

·        Debt Collection and Debtors management skills

·        Strong understanding of finance principles and practices

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·        Ability to prioritize and work independently

·        Excellent analytical skills and advanced mathematical ability

·        Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping

·        Experience with accounting software is a plus

·        Litigation experience (advantageous)
