Key Responsibilities:

Define & Collaborate: Work with senior management and stakeholders to set project goals, scope, and deliverables.
Lead Projects: Manage the development lifecycle from inception to deployment, ensuring projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
Client Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, effectively managing expectations and fostering strong relationships.
Backlog Management: Develop and prioritize product backlogs, integrating client feedback and business needs.
Agile Oversight: Collaborate with developers, designers, and a Scrum Master to guide the Agile/Scrum development process.
Decision Making: Make key decisions on product functionality, design, and features while balancing client needs with technical feasibility.
Monitor Progress: Track project progress, addressing issues as they arise and adjusting plans accordingly.
Foster Collaboration: Create a productive and collaborative work environment among cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or in a similar role within software development.
Agile Expertise: Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
Technical Skills: Experience managing projects developed with Laravel and Flutter is highly desirable.
Communication: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Leadership: Ability to lead and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Problem Solver: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

Scrum or Agile certifications.
Experience in client-facing roles and adept at managing client expectations.
A solid technical background with an understanding of software development principles.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
