Our client in Airport Industrial is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Admin Assistant / Stock Controller to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and a minimum education of Matric. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word, is essential, and knowledge of WMS Acumatica will be advantageous. The successful applicant must thrive under pressure and possess exceptional accuracy in stock takes and numerical data.

BASIC SALARY :           R15 000.00 + Benefits
START DATE                  :           A.S.A.P / Immediate

REQUIREMENTS:

At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position
Minimum education requirement – Matric
Proficient in use of MS Office Suit, particularly Outlook, Excel and word, knowledge of WMS Acumatica will be advantageous
Must be able to work under pressure
Must be accurate especially with stock takes and figures

DUTIES:

Booking of transport, timeslots and deliveries for several regions
Warehouse Equipment & Consumables orders and maintenance control on vehicle fleet and machinery
Handle all stock takes of inventory as well as a daily control on inventory
Do all inter branch transfers of inventory
Check overtime sheets for the warehouse as well as capturing leave for warehouse staff
Company’s Health & Safety Admin coordinator
Will be responsible for the company’s pallet account
All other admin or ad hoc duties related to the warehouse operations

HOURS:

Monday to Friday: 07:30 – 16:30
