- Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing for various brands including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
- Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content
- Work with a team of writers, marketers, and other stakeholders to a strong digital presence for all brands
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels
- Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well it’s performing and optimize user experience
- Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content
- Schedule and manage content for a number of brands’ social media, emails, and other forms of digital communication
- Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns
- Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques
- Monitor and provide input and suggestions on campaign budgets
- Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, and implement them in Open Window’s marketing campaigns
Are you innovative and passionate about current trends and creating digital marketing campaigns? Open Window is looking to hire a digital marketing manager to support the marketing team in effectively promoting its message across all digital channels. On a daily basis, they will manage Open Window’s social media, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, and create email blast campaigns to target key customers. They will also delegate responsibilities to copywriters, content creators, and other members of the marketing team, and stay up to date on the latest social media trends.

Candidate Requirements
- At least 5 years experience in a similar role
- Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends
- Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices
- Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends
- Strong project management and managerial skills
- Software development or related qualification
- In-depth knowledge of current digital trends
- Experience in digital marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in photo and video editing software
- Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research
- Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
- Analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data
