- Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence
- Phone Operator: Responsible for answering incoming calls and directing calls to the appropriate person
- Ticket Administration: Following up and closing of tickets, ensuring RCA and KPI is done
- Handling external documentation to clients including surveys and sign-offs
- Communication Liaison: Serving as a central point of contact for internal and external communications, relaying messages between departments, staff, clients, and stakeholders
- Financial: Creating and following up on quotes
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in administrative role
- Proficiency with office software applications such as Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Great customer service and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, service-oriented personality
- Keen attention to detail
- Problem-solving and basic troubleshooting skills
- Organisation and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
